However, all classes are different and will consist of many different fitness modalities. It's never the same twice and can include cardio conditioning, Barre, weights, booty bands, battle ropes, athletic drills, shadow boxing, tabata, HIIT, yoga, Pilates, PIYO, traditional strength exercises, balance and coordination exercises and stretches.

Join us for a 60 minute fitness classes specifically designed for women and their unique bodies.

 

A scheduled exercise program is only one hour of your day, but has a huge impact on the other 23! 

 

This class will focus on recovering pelvic floor strength from the changing effects brought on by pregnancy and delivery 12 months or 12 years after having children.  As well as improving strength, tone, balance, stability, coordination and CONFIDENCE!

These classes are for ALL levels of fitness. We have lots of modifications from a beginner who hasn't worked out in years to someone who has worked out for years and can be pushed a bit further.
