Welcome to Bombshell Women's Fitness!

My name is Tabitha. I am a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.  

We warmly welcome you to try out our amazing classes and community of inspiring and encouraging women.

Join us for a 60 minute fitness classes specifically designed for women and their unique bodies.

All classes are different and will consist of many different fitness modalities. It's never the same twice and can include cardio conditioning, Barre, weights, booty bands, battle ropes, athletic drills, shadow boxing, tabata, HIIT, yoga, Pilates, PIYO, traditional strength exercises, balance and coordination exercises and stretches.


This class will focus on recovering pelvic floor strength from the changing effects brought on by pregnancy and delivery 12 months or 12 years after having children.  As well as improving strength, tone, balance, stability, coordination and CONFIDENCE!

These classes are for ALL levels of fitness. Classes are challenging, but, we have lots of modifications from a beginner who hasn't worked out in years to someone who has worked out for years and can be pushed a bit further.

BEWARE: Exercise leads to happiness, self confidence, a healthy body and a strong mind!!
