Come and join our amazing community of women at Bombshell Women's Fitness.

These classes run on 8 week pre-registered sessions all year long. 

Monday and Wednesday evenings.

Saturday morning Fit Camps are always drop in.

All workouts designed for you. We keep it fun and challenging for every level. Beginner to advanced and everything in between. Every class is different and will never be boring. We have the best group of women in Burlington in a welcoming and non-intimidating environment.

This class combines short bursts of cardio mixed with strength conditioning in a safe, fun environment. This is  a two-to-one cardio and strength interval program which is the perfect formula designed to melt fat, sculpt muscle and boost confidence. All exercises will come with modifications for all fitness levels. Classes include cardio conditioning, sprints, athletic drills, boxing, tabata, HIIT, yoga, Pilates, PIYO, traditional strength exercises, balance and coordination exercises and stretches.

Bombshell Fit Camp: Monday and Wednesday evenings 7-8 pm Women Only classes.

Saturdays 930-1030 am which are drop in for everyone to attend.

Choose from 1 or 2 classes a week.

Just Monday or Just Wednesday or both Monday and Wednesday.

We want this to work into your schedule.

Jump in to a session anytime (Please note sometimes we have waitlists).

All you need is water and a yoga mat.

All other equipment will be provided.

**Please wear a very supportive workout bra (or two) seriously!**


-Fit Camps run on 8 week sessions.

-Must be 8 weeks post delivery to attend if you recently had a baby.

-Drop in on Saturday's. We have women who only attend drop in on Saturday mornings.

-All you need to bring is water and a yoga mat.

-Classes run all year Indoors from October-May and Outdoors May-September.

-All levels of fitness are welcome. Lots of modifications in class.

-All equipment provided.

-Jump into a session anytime pro-rated if there is space.
